HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order status is “Unfulfilled”, please contact Customer Support via email or whatsapp to request a cancellation. However, if your order status is “Fulfilled”, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders or process a refunds as your parcel is getting ready or is out for delivery.
