[Cosmetic Products; Non-devices】 (including the cosmetics, body, and hair care products)


1. Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.

 

2. Damaged or defective skincare products:
Please kindly reach out to us including your order number and attach a photo or video describing your issue, and we will assist you accordingly.

 

 

【Age-R Devices;】


1. Change of Mind & Unopened:

A refund due to a change of mind is applicable only within 30 days of receiving it.

It will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.

For your information, in the case of a return for a change of mind (simple remorse), the customer needs to bear the shipping fee.


2. Damaged or defective Age-R Device:

We have a one-year warranty with all Age-R devices and can assist you with providing a new device when the device is defective within a year.
A replacement is applicable within one year of the received date (no refunds).
For your information, we need proof that your device is defective for a replacement.

In this sense, we may ask you to share a video showing the device's malfunction issues to confirm the defects.

(Please kindly note that we do not currently support the free repair service for damage from the customer's fault within the warranty period.)
